Inhaus products were first introduced to North America in 2001. Since then, we can proudly say that Inhaus floors can now be purchased in every state in the USA. While our manufacturing is based in Germany, most of our design and product development takes place in North America.

We are committed to producing floors that promote a healthy indoor environment, are safe, and can be trusted. All of our laminate flooring products are made in compliance with the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), are Title VI compliant, and certified by GreenGuard Gold. All of our Ceramin-basedproducts are Blue Angel certified. By design, our Sono Eclipse and Elandura product lines have ultra-low VOC emissions and do not contain formaldehyde, plasticizers, or phthalates – further reinforcing our commitment to creating healthy products for your home.

The Terra hardwood floor Collection finds its inspiration in unique natural ecosystems found across the globe. Terra means “Earth”, and from a subarctic snow forest to an open dry grassland, to a high elevation meadow, or an aromatic coastal shrubland, these ecosystems capture our imagination and serve as a reference point in the looks we created. These colors reflect our aesthetic for wood floors that appear to be raw, natural, aged in place, created by the elements of sun, wind and time.
Each of the Terra colors are offered in a 9.5”/240mm wide-plank format with lengths up to 86-5/8”, and a coordinating 5” wide by 24” herringbone pattern. All are engineered European white oak floors, with an ultra-matte UV lacquer finish.

The Global Winds Collection™ is the embodiment of DUCHATEAU’s passion for the raw, natural beauty of hardwood. Each Global Winds style appears to be created by the elements of sun, wind and time which have matured the color from within, letting the true soul of the wood shine through. Reflecting this connection to nature, each floor is named after one of the unique local winds found across the globe. Global Winds planks are 7.5”/190mm wide, with lengths up to 75”. All are engineered European white oak floors, with an ultra-matte UV lacquer finish.

Every floor is made to order, with a one-of-a-kind terroir unique to the crop of trees it was harvested from, and the time and conditions under which it was finished. As nature and technology are forever changing, so too is the artisan method, giving DUCHATEAU a signature aesthetic, and point of view that continues to be refined. Our new color offerings are about revisiting Atelier favorites, with a new, fuller breath of expression. Artisanal hand-finishing with a refined methodology shows improved color stability and richness as it interacts with light, both day and night.
